Image size (e.g. 9x27),
paper option (e.g. canvas),
price, number of prints,

your mailing address and
payment (your personal check or US Money order.

Please add the flat rate shipping fee ($9.50) on print orders mailed to any US addresses. Residents of NYS will also need to add 8% sales tax to your order.
